Thank you for subscribing to TimesnapAI, a digital photo restoration service powered by artificial intelligence. We aim to provide high-quality enhancements of your photos with fast and accessible delivery. Below is our refund policy governing your purchases.

1. Digital Services Are Generally Non-Refundable

Because our product is a digital service and processing begins shortly after you upload a photo or activate a subscription, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws or in specific cases described below.

2. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Issued

We may issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase (e.g., two charges for the same subscription)
  • Technical failure on our side that prevents delivery of the restored image
  • Processing error (e.g., image is returned broken or unusable and cannot be fixed)
  • Accidental billing after subscription cancellation

Please contact us within 14 days of the issue at support@timesnap.ai and include:

  • Your full name and email used for the purchase
  • The reason for the refund
  • Supporting documentation (e.g., screenshot or file if image was corrupted)

3. Discretionary Refunds

At our sole discretion, we may grant a refund or credit even if the above conditions are not strictly met. For example, if:

  • You are unsatisfied with the results
  • You made a mistake during upload
  • You forgot to cancel a renewal and request help promptly

We review such requests on a case-by-case basis. While we are not obligated to refund in these cases, we aim to be fair and supportive where reasonable.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused time

5. EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU resident and purchased a subscription without using the service yet (i.e., no photo uploads or restoration actions), you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, as per EU consumer law.

Note: If you begin using the service, this right is forfeited once processing begins, as per Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe your payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
