You may use TimesnapAI to upload old photos and receive AI-enhanced versions of those images. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate, complete registration and payment information
• Not upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

3. User Content & License

By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and deliver the restored versions solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your original or restored photos. We do not use them for training, marketing, or sharing, unless you explicitly give us permission.

You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to use any content you upload and that your use does not violate the rights of any third party.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

a) Subscription Plans

TimesnapAI offers paid subscription plans. Details, features, and pricing are available on our website. By subscribing, you agree to pay all associated fees.

b) Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

c) Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for unused time or features unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on TimesnapAI—including text, branding, UI, and code—is the property of DevStudio Paweł Lechocki or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the site without permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service to create or distribute harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to copy our AI systems
• Bypass security features or abuse system resources
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or quality of AI restorations
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

We are not liable for any loss of data, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevStudio and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of TimesnapAI.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, particularly if you violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@timesnap.ai.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.
